Managing Teams

Team management consists of various aspects. It starts with knowing your team well enough to be able to assess their skill sets. Setting up training programs so that they can improve their skills, which requires knowing their strengths and weaknesses. Delegating work according to capacity, to ensure tasks will be completed within stipulated time. Ultimately, it is about bringing the team together in such a way that the members are cooperative- supportive of one another. And comfortable enough to communicate effectively in order to result in successful collaboration through combined efforts.
