MISSION & HISTORY.
We are working towards a change in the way people get learn or are trained, and that’s visible in our name- QuestTorq. It is derived from the scientific term ‘torque’, a force that brings about change. For the past 7 years, we have been successfully creating and delivering innovative solutions that impact change with effective outcomes to the lives of individuals and organisation across India.

We specialise in creating customised OBT programs, experiential learning at its core, that will focus on team building and help develop competencies, to aid every employee’s productivity and performance. Undertaking our uniquely designed activities will help in the team spirit because there’s nothing that helps in bonding like doing something new, which helps the team grow closer at the same time learn something new.

This approach of ours has allowed for us to have a clientele of over 1000, at a yearly rate of 300%. We provide end to end offering even when we are tailoring the program to suit you. This allows for 100% transparency in the relationship, letting us curate nothing you don’t need or want.
At QuesTorq, there’s something for everyone: Our clientele ranges from different sectors like BFSI (JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs) to e-commerce( Flipkart, Myntra) to even educational institutes( IIM-B).
