SOLUTION.
The first day of the training program started with an icebreaker session, essential to make sure the team members feel comfortable with one another. This was followed by 7 other activities targeting strategic and analytical thinking as a team. The second day kickstarted with early morning trekking to develop navigational and leadership skills. This was followed by a few more activities until the end of the day. After completing the training program, the team was involved in a discussion moderated by the facilitator, where the team was able to share their experiences and learnings from this training session.
