Conflict is a difference of opinion, or a disagreement. Working as a team, there’s always the potential of a conflict arising. It is always better to confront and overcome rather than bury it but there is a certain way to do it. Analysing the root cause is the elementary step to conflict resolution and that’s possible only through an open discussion.
