Conflict is a difference of opinion, or a disagreement. Working as a team, there’s always the potential of a conflict arising. It is always better to confront and overcome rather than bury it but there is a certain way to do it. Analysing the root cause is the elementary step to conflict resolution and that’s possible only through an open discussion.

Misunderstanding, wrong interpretation and conflict of interest are some of the most common reasons for behind the arising of conflict. Team dynamics play an important role in reducing conflicts among team members. A team with healthy camaraderie will be able to resolve their conflicts through candid dialogue. Conflict arises when there is unclear communication between both the parties.
