This innovative and fun team building activity divides members into teams supplied with equipment, tools and detailed construction plans to create an enormous pyramid. Once the team finishes with the construction part, teams decorate their pyramid with slogans and colour, which can be aligned to
reinforce your brand message which is up to the team’s choice. The decoration of each pyramid should work as a uniform design when joined with other segments of the pyramid. The challenge is all about collaborative team building activity, when all teams come together to construct a gigantic pyramid
from each individual team's pyramid.
The activity is all about
1. Creatively designing a part of the pyramid that matches with other team’s designs.
2. Working in rapport with one’s team and cross team to complete the common task.
3. Bringing out the leadership quality in order to work step by step with the efficient use of materials available hence it calls for an established management skills .
