Construction of something is like a project- you’ve got an objective that has to be met, limited time and you need to do the best whatever has been provided to you. As constructing something different skills to be used, so the different tasks have to be allocated to those who excel at it. For this, team members need to know each other's strengths, which requires communication: listening to each other, understanding one another and cooperation. As the different parts come together as a whole, it helps a cross functional team collaborate successfully.
