A fun outdoor event held especially near the beaches, the Sand challenge invites you to take a journey back to your childhood days and regain the whimsical person in you ! The Sand Challenge is a tantalizing activity that allows teams to build on the dreams they have for their organization.

The teams are tasked to portray values of ownership,creativity and responsibility in the sands aside tranquil beaches rekindling in the fresh air. The Sand castle represents the insight of the team members along with it a healthy amount of fun and laughter, about the dreams & aspirations of team members for their organization.

The activity is all about

1. Creatively giving life to the sand with the insights and imaginative skills.

2. Making a sand castle is not one’s cup of tea and cannot be completed without the whole team hence requiring the collaboration of all the team members.

3. Pouring out the artistry work as it needs a proper outline, design, sections giving out minute of details.

4. The dreams and aspirations that an employee has for his organization in mind.
