Feedback is an important tool to improve each individual which in turn can improve the whole team.
Fostering healthy relationships between team members leaves for an open communication channel which also makes collaboration much more effective and successful. A good leader will maintain a high team morale. They will also understand the strengths of each individual and delegate work accordingly. This can come only through team building, which through interaction between the team and the development of team spirit and a cohesive team. Interaction between members must be in an informal setting, in order to build a genuine rapport. Trying something unfamiliar can help bond.
